1. League Membership

By registering for The Test Hockey League, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify the league immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

2. Registration and Fees

• All registration fees must be paid in full before participating in league activities
• Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by league management
• The league reserves the right to adjust fees for future seasons
• Players are responsible for any additional costs such as team fees, equipment, or facility charges

3. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Participation in league activities involves inherent risks, including physical injury. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree to assume all risks associated with participation, release and hold harmless the league from any claims or liability, and maintain adequate health and accident insurance coverage.

4. Medical Information and Emergency Care

You authorize league officials to provide emergency medical care if needed, contact your designated emergency contact, and transport you to a medical facility for treatment. You agree to inform the league of any medical conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Follow all league rules and regulations
• Respect officials' decisions
• Display good sportsmanship at all times
• Refrain from any behavior that could damage the league's reputation
• Treat all players, staff, and spectators with respect

6. Media Release

By participating in league activities, you grant the league permission to photograph and video record your participation, use your name, image, and likeness in league promotions, and share statistics and game information on the league website and social media. You may opt out by contacting the league commissioner in writing.

7. Schedule Changes and Cancellations

• The league reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, or game times as needed
• Games may be cancelled due to weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances
• Players will be notified of changes as soon as possible

8. Suspension and Termination

The league reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of league rules, non-payment of fees, unsportsmanlike behavior, or any action deemed detrimental to the league. Suspended or terminated members are not entitled to refunds.

9. Platform Provider

This website is powered by League-Builder.com, a third-party platform providing website hosting and league management tools. By using this site, you also agree to League-Builder's Platform Terms of Service. The Test Hockey League is solely responsible for the management and operation of this league, including all decisions regarding membership, fees, rules, and conduct.

10. Modifications

The league reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Agreement

By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in league activities.
